The Standard Issue Gi represents Shibusa’s philosophy: refined simplicity and attention to detail.
Every aspect of this gi has been carefully considered, from the clean lines to the subtle design elements. “Shibusa” is embroidered in Katakana on the skirt, the Shibusa hanko logo sits on the lapel, and additional embroidery features on the shoulder, pant leg, and back.
It’s a gi made for those who value the art as much as the craft.

Care Instructions
All kimonos are preshrunk.
- Cold wash and hang dry to maintain size (shrinkage up to 1 inch).
- Do not hot wash and hot dry.
- Do not bleach.
If your height and weight fall into different size categories, we recommend choosing the larger size.
