The Canberra Centre is a shopping centre located in the heart of the Australian capital city. It has more than 190 stores, including six department stores and over 50 food outlets. The centre also features one of the world's largest gold-rimmed glass domes that was designed by architects from Foster and Partners.

Prime Minister Robert Menzies opened the Monaro Mall, which was at the time it was a first Australian three-storey enclosed and air conditioned mall. The mall then expanded and rebranded as Canberra Centre and opened officially by Rosemary Follet in 1989.
